Comparison Reflection
I think that there are some similarities in between what the two are doing in order to get what they want accomplished. For example, both organizations that I looked into are non-profits and are partnered with other big local or global organizations to help ensure their mission is accomplished. Both of these organizations have also showed that they are open to letting people know what it is they are doing and took the time to answer e-mails as well as to have us participate. However, there are things that also differences between the organizations. Rio Salado Restoration is mostly run by the volunteers themselves while GWP has volunteer but, there organization/partnerships are not run by volunteers. Also, there two different organizations are seen on different scales. For example, the Rio Salado Restoration was done locally in the state of Arizona and is only seen here. While GWP is global and has many different locations around the world to try to help each of them, it's not only China.
