I am currently a sophomore at Bioscience high school and we are currently learning about food production systems. As part of my final assessment for this year I have to investigate a past and present food production system as well as engage with it. Through the website you’ll see the process and steps I’ve taken in this food production journey as well as the numerous things I've learned! I decided to focus on the chinese food production system because, I am currently learning chinese.
